RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All items are non-refundable.
You may exchange productswithin 7 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based onthe delivery record) and upon pre-approval of Ultra Ready Online Shop. Unlessthere is product quality problem, all products are allowed exchange only once.All merchandises including packaging should be in its original good conditionsthat it can be sold again.
WHAT ARE THE NON-RETURNABLE/ NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS?
We DO NOT accept returnsor exchange of certain products, including:
§ Any product that is returned more than 7 daysafter receipt
§ Any product that has been worn or used
§ Any markdown, clearance or sales product
§ Any Special edition item or item labelled as"Non-exchangeable/ Non-returnable"
§ Products not sold on Ultra Ready Officia lOnline Shop
WHAT TO DO IF I WANT TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE THE ORDER?
1. Please contact our customer service representatives by email and provide all the followinginformation:
§ Your order number
§ Item pictures
§ Reason(s) for exchange
2. Once your returns request is received and all details are confirmed, we will issue you a return number by e-mail. (normally will take 2 working days). Without a return number, we may refuse to accept the returns.
3. Please return the items within 3 days (except public holiday) of receiving our reply, otherwise it is NOT acceptable. Please send back the returned item(s) with the shipping box or bag to ensure the the outer packaging of the item(s) is intact and the returned item(s) are not prone to damage during transit. Please also include a note in the parcel with your order number and return number. It will help our staff to easily identify the items, otherwise it is NOT acceptable. Address for return: 8/F, Secure House, 68 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong Kowloon, Hong Kong. Note if you cannot exchange/ return the item(s) within 3 days, your return request will be cancelled.
4. You are responsible for the return and exchange delivery costs (except replacement for damaged items). You must return items by register mail or courier prepaid,please remember to ask your courier/ post office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for our reference. If the returned item(s)are lost in transit and you are not able to provide the delivery proof, Ultra Ready Company Limited will not be held responsible for the loss.
5. When the item(s)is back to our warehouse, it is inspected to be in its perfect original condition by our team (all internal labels / packaging must be intact) in 7-10 working days. If the return request is valid, we will arrange exchange. You are responsible for the related delivery costs (except replacement for damaged items).
Ultra Ready CompanyLimited reserves the right to amend our Returns & Exchange Policy without prior notice. If the returned item(s) in question do not meet our standards, we reserve the right to refuse return or exchange. In case of anydisputes, the decision of Ultra Ready Company Limited shall be final.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service representative. We are more than happy to re-send you the desired item(s).
WHAT TO DO WHEN THE PRODUCT IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
All items are inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure good quality of your purchase orders. In case of manufacturing fault, please send e-mail email@example.com to us and attach photos of faulty items to request a return & replacement. We bear the return shipping cost and replacement will send to you ASAP. Please note that we can only arrange replacement for the same product in same size and color, if the item is discontinued, you will receive full refund for the faulty items.
